Summer is off to an eventful start at the GLCEDC. Over the last couple of months, the GLCEDC approved a $45,000 Economic Incentive Grant to Alloy Specialties in Blackstone. Also, the GLCEDC approved an $8,000 Community Enhancement and Economic Stimulus Grant for a joint program between Woodland High School and Streator High School to offer the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship’s program CEO (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities)…
