Community Rehab Program
The Program has been established to stimulate, promote and assist in the redevelopment and revitalization of the Village of Dwight’s central business district by forming a consortium of lending institutions that will participate in funding loans for financing the restoration and/or rehabilitation of properties in the downtown area.
Village of Dwight Rent Subsidy Program
Dwight's Rent Subsidy Program is intended to encourage new businesses to occupy vacant buildings and maintain competitive rents in the Village of Dwight business district. Please see the PDF for more information regarding this program.

Village of Dwight TIF district
Established in 2009, Dwight’s 469 acre Tax Increment Financing District encompasses property near Interstate 55 and Illinois Route 47 at the north side of Dwight. It connects to, and includes, the Downtwon Business District. Click here for the map.
