EVT Global (Fairbury, IL) - The GLCEDC is assisting EVT Global with an incentive agreement that will provide the company with a $500,000 low-interest mortgage for the purchase of a new 20,000 square foot production facility. The loan program has an opportunity for forgiviness of nearly $100,000 off the principal balance. The original funding was provided by a grant from Livingston County and revenues from the loan payments will be used to fund future business ventures in the County. The company intends to hire 12 new employees as part of the project.

Cellozi, LLC (Dwight, IL) - Cellozi, LLC is opening a newused car lot in the currently unoccupied area along I-55 in Dwight. The GLCEDC is acting as a liason in securing a $200,000 loan for the project. These loan funds include private bank loans as well as funds from the GLCEDC Revolving Loan Fund program. The dealership estimates hiring 22 new sales and administrative staff members.

Spuds, Inc. (Dwight, IL) - Spuds, Inc. is a start-up seeking funding through the GLCEDC to assist in hiring sales and design staff for their new administration offices and distribution center. The GLCEDC has offered assistance through the Revolving Loan Fund.
